The portal is for verified businesses only. You must complete KYB verification (GST, PAN, Aadhaar and, where applicable, a credit check) and be approved by our team before ordering is unlocked. We may decline or revoke access at our discretion.

Prices shown are wholesale business prices exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout. A minimum order quantity applies per product line. Prices and stock may change; the price confirmed at the time your order is placed is the price that applies.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to admin approval and stock availability, and are not binding until approved. We may reject an order for reasons including insufficient stock, pricing errors, or verification concerns.

A GST-compliant tax invoice is generated on order approval and made available for download in your account. Payment terms are as agreed with our team for your account.

You are responsible for keeping your login (email) secure and for all activity under your account. Business, tax and identity details submitted during KYB must be accurate; changes after approval go through admin re-approval.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the portal or an order is limited to the value of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
