To verify and operate your business account, we collect:

• Business details — company name, type, GSTIN, PAN.
• Contact details — email (your login), mobile, address.
• Signatory details — name, date of birth, gender, and Aadhaar (only the last 4 digits are kept in clear; the full number is stored encrypted).
• Order, invoice and support history.

We use your information to verify your business (KYB), process and deliver orders, generate GST invoices, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

With your consent, we verify your PAN and GSTIN and — where applicable — obtain a credit report through an authorised provider. Your credit report is used only for account assessment, is reviewed only by our team, and is never shown to other customers.

Sensitive identifiers are masked in our systems and access is restricted and audited. Every reveal of protected data (such as Aadhaar) is written to an audit log. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

You may request access to or correction of your details. Some identity and tax details cannot be changed after approval without re-verification. To make a request, raise a support ticket.
